Plan and develop menus featuring authentic Szechuan and Northeastern Chinese cuisine Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff and daily kitchen operations Ensure high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation Train and mentor kitchen staff on cooking techniques and procedures Monitor food costs, control inventory, and order suppliesEnsure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations Oversee kitchen scheduling and workflow efficiency Maintain authenticity of dishes and improve menu offerings Qualifications

Language of Work: English, Chinese is an asset Education: Completion of secondary (high) school education Cuisine specialties: Experience in Szechuan cuisine and Northeastern Chinese cuisine is required Experience: 3 years or more of relevant work experience as a cook is required
