Logistics Coordinator (Richmond)

Total Express is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join the Import Team. * Position: Logistics Coordinator (Full time), Entry level * Location: #158, 12759 Vulcan Way, Richmond, BC * Starting salary $3,750.00 / month (re-evaluation after 6 months) * Hours: Mon. to Fri. 8:30AM to 5:00PM * Probation period: 3 months / Group advantages: After 3 months Responsibilities: - General office duties including filing, copying, scanning and any other duties as assigned - 1 to 3+ years of experience in freight forwarding, NVOCC, or international logistics - Solid understanding of ocean freight terminology, container types (FCL/LCL), and inland freight coordination - Ability to thrive in high-volume, fast-paced environments with strict deadlines - Coordinate with sufferance warehouses and steamship lines to ensure that arrival documentation is received and processed in a timely manner. - Enter receiving reports into the Warehouse Management System upon receipt - May perform a variety of operations support functions including dispatch, expediting, receiving, inventory control, material handling, packing, traffic coordination and customer service.What you bring: - Ability to clearly and concisely present both written and/or oral information - Ability to multitask, organize, attention to details - Completion of College or equivalent. - Fluent in English, Korean / Japanese Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Pay: From $45,000.00 per year Benefits: - Extended health care Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2ola1s
