Elevate community health initiatives as the Program Lead for Community Health and Wellness in Richmond. Oversee fitness services at key centers while implementing our Community Wellness Strategy. As a Program Lead, you will report to the Manager, Aquatics and Community Wellness. This position demands collaboration with community partners, providing oversight and guidance for a range of fitness services. Key skills needed include leadership, customer service, and the ability to manage budgets effectively. Key Responsibilities: • Lead operations of fitness and wellness services at key centers • Collaborate with community groups and city staff for wellness strategy • Maintain high-quality customer service and resolve patron issues • Provide leadership and direction to fitness program staff • Monitor financial performance, preparing and managing budgets Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a related field • Minimum of 5 years' experience in management • BCRPA certification and fitness qualified registration • Valid Class 5 Drivers License • First Aid and CPR certification preferred Utilize your leadership and fitness expertise to enhance wellness offerings across Richmond's community centers.
