Reporting to the Manager of Building Operations, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various mechanical systems within our facilities. Your role entails preventative maintenance, operational monitoring, and troubleshooting to prevent equipment failures. Collaboration with a skilled maintenance team is key as you assist with plumbing and mechanical design as needed.

Key Responsibilities:• Maintain and operate a variety of mechanical systems • Conduct preventative maintenance and service requests • Document daily equipment readings and irregularities • Interface with building control systems effectively • Assist trades staff in various projects and tasks

Requirements:• Completion of grade 12 • 4th class Power Engineer Certificate • At least 3 years of experience • Valid Class 5 BC driver’s license • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
