Maintenance Supervisor (Richmond)

We are looking for an experienced food plant and machine maintenance person to join our team. You will manage many day-to-day aspects of the production/warehouse maintenance and installation schedule. You will be accountable for the completion of assigned projects within your scope including sourcing, budgets and schedule of installation. The Role: It is important to be a hands-on person who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and support the team on the floor when needed. The main challenge is to stay focused and organized through project plans as you effectively program, commission, communicate and deliver on objectives with different teams and departments at the same time troubleshooting through complex issues on multiple projects.
