What This Role is For Pushing industry boundaries, Jukebox is a customer-first company offering beautifully crafted print products with unbeatable service. We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Vancouver team. The ideal candidate needs to be a skillful communicator and problem solver with vast knowledge of the print industry. What You'll Do - Assist customers in person and through phone, email, and online chat - Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience - Respond to order, product, and service inquiries accurately and efficiently - Stay current on Jukebox products, services, and processes - Provide friendly, professional support in our front reception and digital channels What We're Looking For - Strong attention to detail - Excellent organization and time management skills - Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks - Outgoing personality with a customer focused mindset - Clear and professional written and verbal communication in English What You Need - Minimum 3 years of customer support experience in a call centre, hospitality, retail, or similar role - At least 1 year of experience in print or graphic communications Bonus - Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop - Post secondary education or equivalent experience Work Schedule: Full time position with flexible availability including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
