Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately with qualified phone etiquette Schedule appointments and maintain calendars using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Support administrative functions such as bookkeeping, billing, and invoicing as needed Assist with front desk operations, including checking in customers Maintain organized records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally Clean when needed Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly Experience with data entry, filing, and clerical tasks in a skilled workplace Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and strong phone etiquette Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently and professionally Organizational skills with keen attention to detail for proofreading and document management Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations within our organization.
