Position Overview

The Solutions Consultant will be responsible for managing a portfolio of healthcare clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, repeat business, and revenue growth. This role blends relationship management, consultative strategy, and commercial acumen.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a defined portfolio of healthcare industry clients
• Manage and oversee the delivery of market research and consulting projects from initiation to completion
• Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and repeat engagements through proactive support and strategic partnership
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs
• Responsible for bringing in new clients and driving business growth.
• Collaborate with internal research, sales, and product teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
• Prepare and lead client meetings, presentations, and business reviews
• Maintain detailed and accurate client activity in CRM systems

Qualifications

• +3 years of experience in account management or client services in a B2B setting (preferably within healthcare, market research, or consulting)
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and multi-phase projects
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly medical devices or life sciences, is a strong asset
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: CA$60,000 – CA$80,000 per year commensurate with experience
• Sales Commission: Uncapped commission structure to double salary and more
• Profit-sharing/Bonus: In addition to salary and uncapped Commission (based on hitting quota, client satisfaction and retention KPIs)
• Total Target Compensation (OTC): CA$110,000 – CA$140,000+ annually
