As Operations Controller, you will analyze financial data to enhance business decisions and operational execution. Leading a distributed team, your effective communication and financial analysis will be key for fostering collaboration. Your contributions will be pivotal in shaping operational efficiency and steering strategy.
Key Responsibilities: • Create and maintain sales quotes for the Fire Team Z • Manage financial oversight on sales commission structures • Lead development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Design interactive BI reports ensuring data accuracy • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to support team performance
Requirements: • 5+ years in a financial role, ideally as a Controller • CPA designation is an asset • Intermediate Business Intelligence reporting skills • Demonstrated change management experience • Strong quantitative problem-solving skills
