Overview:

Fisent is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solution Architect to join our delivery team. At Fisent, this role blends senior business analysis, client solution design, structured data definition, and delivery execution. The Senior Solution Architect is responsible for translating client business needs, documents, workflows, and integration requirements into clear solution specifications that Fisent’s engineering and delivery teams can implement.

Duties:

• Develop detailed plans, detailed requirements, dependencies, delivery schedules, and delivery governance routines for all of your projects.
• Participate in engineering and other internal calls to identify and highlight key developments that need to be included in delivery planning.
• Organize and facilitate regular meeting routines with Fisent and our Customers to ensure projects stay on track from beginning to end.
• Design comprehensive solution requirements that align with client needs and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Experience defining structured data schemas including: JSON outputs, required fields, optional fields, enums, arrays, and nested objects.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications, field mappings, and API-ready payloads.
• Ability to work with engineering teams to document API request/response formats, integration needs, and acceptance criteria.
• Confident in analyzing client documents to identify key data points, business rules, exceptions, and validation logic.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar role within the technology sector.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and architectural frameworks.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Additional Assets:

• Familiarity with JSON Schema, data validation rules, and structured output formats for AI or automation workflows.
• Experience reviewing AI-generated or extracted data for accuracy, completeness, and formatting issues.
• Experience with OpenAPI/Swagger, Postman, SQL, Python, OCR, document automation, or prompt engineering.
