Program Lead for Community Wellness Services (Richmond)

Elevate community health initiatives as the Program Lead for Community Health and Wellness in Richmond. Oversee fitness services at key centers while implementing our Community Wellness Strategy. As a Program Lead, you will report to the Manager, Aquatics and Community Wellness. This position demands collaboration with community partners, providing oversight and guidance for a range of fitness services. Key skills needed include leadership, customer service, and the ability to manage budgets effectively.
