Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker/Installer to join our team. This role involves crafting custom cabinetry, reading blueprints, and installing cabinets with precision across residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, woodworking, and construction, with the ability to interpret schematics and work efficiently with various hand and power tools. This position offers an prospect to contribute to high-quality craftsmanship while working on diverse projects that enhance living and working spaces. Responsibilities - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately build and install cabinetry. - Measure, cut, assemble, and finish cabinet components using hand tools, power tools. - Install cabinets securely on-site, ensuring proper alignment and finishing details. - Perform related tasks such as surface preparation, sanding, finishing, and caulking to ensure high-quality results. - Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and proper tool handling procedures. - Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure project specifications are met efficiently and professionally. Requirements - Proven experience in cabinetry, carpentry, woodworking, or related construction fields. - Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings accurately. - Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, CNC machines, and other woodworking equipment. - Experience with installation processes including cabinet mounting and finishing touches. - Knowledge of construction estimating, masonry, rebar installation, roofing, siding, flooring installation, tile laying, plumbing, electrical work, or general handyman skills is a plus. - Physical ability for heavy lifting and working in various environments; attention to detail is essential. - Strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to adapt to different project requirements. - Valid driver’s license preferred for site travel; reliable transportation required.
