*RF PLL IC Engineer* Description Technology Interest: Integrated RF Power/Clock Generation and Sensor System in Wireless Communications What you will do: · Well perform IC designs and simulations in Cadence, ADS, and HFSS design environment, especially on BULK CMOS and/or SOI CMOS and/or SiGe BiCMOS processes. · Expertise on integrated IC system design for ADC/DAC, power generation circuitry, temperature & power & timing & PVT sensor circuitry, ESD protection circuitry, and SPI controllers in a wireless communication chip. · Must have solid foundations and backgrounds in advanced CMOS/Bi-CMOS/SiGe process circuit techniques and circuit architectures including LDOs, bandgaps, power/temperature sensors, system-level ESD protection circuits, regulators, SPI, high speed digital circuit design, timing analysis and verification, couplers, and dividers. · Expertise on integrated IC system design for PLL (Dual charge-pump PLL designs, Fractional-N PLLs, spread-spectrum PLLs, Digital PLL techniques, etc.) in a wireless communication chip. Must have solid foundations and backgrounds in advanced Mm-Wave circuit techniques and circuit architectures including VCOs, PFD, Divider, PLL, Synthesizer, and LO Generation, especially for fifth generation (5G) communication design. · it is also necessary for one who knows well about producing design schematic, simulation, and analog layout methodologies · A proven track record of exceptional performance in the field of Mixed-Signal circuits engineering is required. · It is significant to be professional and cooperative for working closely with the design teams. · Engage on IC testing evaluation and work with customers on performance requirements. · Further expertise or skill in large-scaled phased array IC LO generation architecture will be a plus. · Swwiftlink is a company which consists of many technical/engineering/production elites to conduct the so-called impossible mission on mm-Wave 5G transceiver chipset and MIMO Frontend module development. Education Requirement: · Ph.D. Preferred. · Coursework in Microwave Engineering and Electro-magnetics. Prior Experience: · 5+ years of industrial experience in RFIC Mixed-Signal design is preferred. · 2+ years of managerial experience is preferred Tool Skills: · Prior experience with Mixed-Signal IC test equipment. · Knowledge of EM simulation software packing, such as Ansoft HFSS, Sonnet, WIPL-D, or CST · Circuits & Systems: Microelectronics, design of analog circuits (H-SPICE, Laker ADP), mixed-mode circuits (Cadence Virtuoso, Verilog), digital VLSI systems (Verilog HDL), ADS.
