Why This Role Stands Out$51.81/hr flat rate Clean, air-conditioned shop State-of-the-art equipment Busy service department with steady workflow Only 1 Saturday per month Opportunity to work on unique and high-performance modelsOEM training and development Career growth across the Go Auto dealership network What You'll DoDiagnose, service, and repair customer vehicles Complete maintenance and repairs on brakes, suspension, steering, drivetrain, electrical, HVAC, cooling, and related systems Perform accurate inspections Write clear repair stories using condition, cause, and correction notes Support customer-facing repair videos and explanations Road test vehicles for diagnosis and quality control Identify and communicate recommended repairs Follow warranty, recall, safety, and dealership procedures Work closely with Service Advisors, Parts, and fellow technicians Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized What You Bring Journeyman Automotive Service Technician certification required Previous dealership experience required Robust diagnostic and repair skills Own tools required Valid driver's license required Strong documentation habits Comfort with inspections, repair videos, and detailed repair storiesCDK or similar dealership system experience is an asset Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to keep learning Why Go Auto?
