We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage recruitment for logistics, customer service, and administrative roles. Responsibilities - Source, screen, interview, and recommend top‑tier candidates who align with our culture and values. - Work closely with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver recruitment solutions. - Regularly check in with leaders to refine recruiting strategies. - Build creative, cost‑effective sourcing strategies beyond job boards. - Stay updated on recruiting trends and techniques to remain competitive. - Prepare and present compelling job offers. - Drive innovation and continuous improvement throughout the hiring process. - Provide a best‑in‑class candidate experience from first contact to final offer. - Find candidates who resonate with our values and help grow the team. - Guide hiring managers through the recruitment process with confidence. - Evaluate resumes, schedule interviews, and maintain efficient hiring flow. - Contribute to team efforts as needed. Qualifications - Post‑secondary education or equivalent experience (HR diploma or in progress is a bonus). - 2–4 years of recruiting experience. - Track record of building proactive sourcing strategies that deliver results. - Tech‑savvy and social media smart; experience with ATS is a plus. - Confident negotiator with salary‑discussion experience. - Team player with strong collaboration skills and a can‑do attitude. - Quick thinker with creative problem‑solving ability. - Capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously. - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with ATS tools. - Excellent communication and customer‑service skills. - Comfortable working independently or as part of a team. Work Environment - Richmond Head Office; periodic work at Annacis Island. - May require travel to career fairs or branch locations. - Must have own vehicle.
