Demonstrate excellent customer service and educate consumers on Samsung products. Make outbound calls to ensure customers understand repair processes. Train staff on repairs, warranties, trade‑ins, and returns. Maintain productivity standards for quality service and first‑time resolution. Support in‑store demos, events, and HQ initiatives, directing traffic during busy periods. Valuable thing you have what it takes: Minimum 2 years of retail experience. Strong technology knowledge, diagnostic and repair skills. Embodies the Samsung brand and cares for customers. High interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Coaching and leadership abilities in a retail environment. Detail‑oriented, results‑focused, and manages multiple priorities. Decision‑making and problem‑solving with a customer‑service orientation. Offers excellent service while meeting operational standards. Versatile to work beyond traditional business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
