Support Saltworks’ mission in innovative engineering as a Technical Document Controller. This role is essential for managing documentation processes and ensuring accuracy within our PLM setting. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and tracking documents, coordinating Engineering Change Orders, and managing vendor documentation. This position integrates with engineering and project teams to create an organized workflow and accurate project communication. Your detail-oriented approach will help facilitate controlled document management practices that strengthen project efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain PLM documentation standards and accuracy - Route Engineering Change Orders through approval workflows - Manage documentation formats and classifications - Prepare controlled document packages for projects - Collaborate to resolve documentation issues and requirements Requirements: - Technical degree or diploma in Engineering or Science - 2–5 years of relevant experience in document control - Experience with PLM systems and workflow administration - Understanding of ECO processes and revision control - Strong written and verbal communication abilities Bring your skills in document control to Saltworks, where your contributions help drive solutions for water treatment and lithium refining.
