Graphic Designer & Video Editor (Richmond)

Big Way Hot Pot is looking for a hands-on Graphic Designer to support our growing marketing team across brand visuals, store marketing materials, and digital content creation. This role is ideal for a creative professional who enjoys both conceptual design and hands-on execution, and who wants to grow with a fast-scaling, multi-location restaurant brand. This position supports day-to-day design needs while working closely with the Marketing Manager and marketing team on campaign development, in-store visual merchandising, and brand consistency across all channels. Key Responsibilities - Develop creative visual concepts and marketing materials for both offline and online campaigns, aligned with direction from the Marketing Manager. - Use design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create a wide range of graphics, including product illustrations, digital assets, and website visuals. - Lead the design and execution of promotional materials, menus, seasonal store displays, new product launches, and in-store visual merchandising. - Coordinate with vendors to oversee the production and printing of marketing materials such as posters, menus, and promotional collateral, ensuring quality and timely delivery. - Produce high-quality photography and video content to support marketing and branding initiatives. - Perform other duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager. Qualifications & Experience Required: - College diploma or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. - Proficiency in design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with other tools is a plus. - Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in graphic design. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. - Quick learner with a proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
