Quality Assurance Auditor at Harbour Air, Richmond

This full-time role focuses on performing annual audits and quality control reviews. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of TCCA regulations and standards while collaborating with teams to improve processes. Your organizational skills and keen attention to detail will be essential as you guide others in compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities:• Perform quality control reviews of maintenance packages • Liaise with staff to correct identified errors • Track and trend errors via the CQE process • Assist in developing procedures based on CQE findings • Prepare Agendas and Minutes for Quality Review Boards

Requirements:• Knowledge of TCCA regulations • AME M1 or S License is required • Excellent communication skills • Keen attention to detail and organization • Previous Audit and/or CAP Training preferred
