Job Title Manager | #2193 Service Area Early Learning & Youth Services Location River Run Multi-Age Child Care Centre (Richmond) Start Date July 02, 2026 Term / Status Permanent Full Time Schedule / Hours Monday - Friday, 7.5 hours per day // 37.5 hours per week Hourly Wage $33.77 - $38.77 as per collective agreement Role The Program Manager works in conjunction with the Assistant Director to ensure the needs of the program, children, and staffing are met. River Run is a 57 space, multi-age centre in Richmond. Requirements / Education / Experience Completion of BC Early Childhood Education Certification Special Needs and/or Under 3 Certification is an asset. Minimum 2 to 5 years of Manager experience at multi-age, inclusive child care programs. Experience with special needs functional assessment, individual and group program design, and evaluation. Experience in the area of Behavior Management.
