Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Instructor BCIT (Richmond)

We are seeking two full-time BCGEU Faculty members for our Aircraft Maintenance Engineer programs. As an instructor, you will deliver Transport Canada-approved curriculum, focusing on both Category M and E programs. Previous industry experience and post-secondary teaching experience are valuable assets to succeed in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Teach theory and practical activities for AME programs - Grade assignments, projects, quizzes, and exams - Maintain and enhance curriculum in aviation education - Collaborate with faculty and support staff effectively - Demonstrate and instruct based on Canadian aviation regulations Requirements: - Valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Licence (Category M or E) - Five years of industry experience preferred - Strong communication skills in English - Proficiency in Microsoft Office 360 - Provincial Instructor Diploma or equivalent preferred Leverage your expertise in aviation to empower the next generation in BCIT's dynamic learning setting.
