Graphic Designer & Video Editor Richmond

Big Way Hot Pot is looking for a hands-on Graphic Designer to support our growing marketing team across brand visuals, store marketing materials, and digital content creation. This role is ideal for a creative professional who enjoys both conceptual design and hands-on execution, and who wants to grow with a rapid-scaling, multi-location restaurant brand. This position supports day-to-day design needs while working closely with the Marketing Manager and marketing team on campaign development, in-store visual merchandising, and brand consistency across all channels. Key Responsibilities Develop creative visual concepts and marketing materials for both offline and online campaigns, aligned with direction from the Marketing Manager. Use design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create a wide range of graphics, including product illustrations, digital assets, and website visuals. Lead the design and execution of promotional materials, menus, seasonal store displays, new product launches, and in-store visual merchandising. Coordinate with vendors to oversee the production and printing of marketing materials such as posters, menus, and promotional collateral, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Produce high-quality photography and video content to support marketing and branding initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager. Qualifications & Experience Required: College diploma or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. Proficiency in design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with other tools is a plus. Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in graphic design. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Quick learner with a proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
