To load and unload aircrafts and vehicles, sort packages and provide efficient delivery and pick-up of packages; to check shipments for conformance to Federal Express Canada features of service; to provide related customer service functions. COMPTENCES REQUISES Diplme dtudes secondaires ou scolarit quivalente. Possder un permis de conduire valide et un bon dossier de conducteur. Un (1) an dexprience dans le domaine du service la clientle Pouvoir soulever des charges de 70lb et manoeuvrer, avec laide dun appareil appropri, des colis pesant jusqu 150lb. Atteindre la note de passage lvaluation des conducteurs avant lembauche. Une certaine connaissance des activits de Federal Express Canada et de la rglementation douanire canadienne serait souhaitable. Bonnes comptences en relations interpersonnelles et en communication. Bonne matrise de la gestion du temps et de lorganisation Excellentes habilets pour le service la clientle Capacit de mener plusieurs tches de front, de surmonter le stress et de travailler sous haute pression. tre prt se montrer souple pour travailler avec des horaires variables, de mme que pendant les congs si les besoins de lentreprise le justifient.
