Position Summary Working as an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate at Walmart Canada is a great way to develop your skills in the retail industry. What You’ll Do

Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature-controlled areas, aiming for on‑time delivery.

Pack orders with attention to detail, distinguishing between similar products, verifying quantity, and using correct product codes.

Ensure all products selected are of the highest quality with no damaged goods.

Document and label orders accurately, interpreting pick slips, packing details, and shipping labels.

Optimize tote fill for space efficiency while maintaining product quality.

Balance fulfillment duties with customer interaction, providing support and resolving issues.

Maintain strict safety and hygiene standards, including a clean work area, immediate spill cleanup, and compliant use of material handling equipment.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting changes to procedures, productivity, safety, and quality, and remain flexible with work assignments based on customer requests and daily schedules.

Minimum Qualifications

Age– 16 or older
