Overview We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role is essential in supporting various construction, manufacturing, or maintenance projects by performing a variety of manual tasks. Duties Assist with loading and unloading materials and supplies Perform general site cleanup and debris removal to maintain a safe work environment Support skilled tradespeople with basic tasks such as mixing materials or assembling components Operate simple hand tools and equipment as needed Help with site setup and breakdown for daily operations or special projects Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times Perform other manual tasks as directed by supervisors to ensure project progress Experience Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or similar manual labor roles is preferred but not required Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Basic knowledge of tools and equipment is a plus but training will be provided This position is ideal for individuals looking to build their experience in the trades or manual labor industries while contributing to meaningful projects.
