Senior Application Consultant (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) We are working with a growing ERP consulting and technology services firm specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations for mid-market organizations across multiple industries. We are seeking an experienced Senior Application Consultant with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to join a growing consulting and implementation team. In this role, you will work closely with solution architects, developers, and client stakeholders to deliver successful ERP implementations across a range of industries. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining business process consulting, solution configuration, client leadership, and hands-on project delivery. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery Client & Team Leadership Professional Development Required Experience 5+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central Experience delivering multiple full-cycle ERP implementations Prior consulting or Microsoft Partner experience preferred Robust understanding of distribution or manufacturing business processes Experience with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform Skills & Attributes Excellent communication and client-facing skills Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Comfortable leading workshops, training sessions, and project discussions Collaborative mindset with strong team leadership capabilities Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field preferred Work Environment Hybrid/remote work environment depending on project requirements Occasional travel may be required Flexibility to support deployments or critical project activities outside standard business hours when necessary Compensation & Perks Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities Comprehensive benefits package Professional development and certification support Please apply on the advert or email and we will get back to you if your profile is of interest.
