The Miller Group, a subsidiary of Colas Canada, is looking for a Heavy Equipment Operator to assist in constructing and maintaining transportation systems. This position requires operating heavy machinery, reading site plans, and ensuring that all tasks comply with safety regulations. Strong teamwork and communication are necessary for achieving project goals.

Key Responsibilities:• Operate heavy equipment in accordance with safety standards • Move and grade materials for road surfaces and foundations • Read and interpret blueprints and site plans • Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment • Maintain worksite cleanliness and assist with labor tasks

Requirements:• Previous construction experience preferred • Valid G driver’s license is mandatory • Capable of lifting heavy materials up to 50 lbs. • Effective communication skills required • Willing to work in outdoor conditions and varied terrains
