Service Advisor Responsibilities

You will handle the opening of quotes and work orders.

You will ensure the reception of work orders from mechanics and analyze them.

You will be responsible for invoicing and following up with clients.

You will answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries.

You will ensure client satisfaction regarding the work performed.

You will act as a substitute or assistant to the service manager.

Qualifications

5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position.

Experience in a mechanical workshop environment.

Comfortable with computers and the Office Suite.

Organized and versatile.
