Overview We are seeking a friendly and efficient Food Runner to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our guests receive timely and accurate food service, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. Duties Deliver prepared food from the kitchen to guests’ tables promptly and accurately Assist servers with clearing dishes and resetting tables to maintain a clean dining area Ensure food presentation meets quality standards before delivery Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to coordinate orders and service flow Maintain cleanliness in food handling areas and assist with general cleaning duties as needed Support the team during busy periods by managing multiple tables efficiently Uphold safety and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations Experience Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality settings is preferred but not required Familiarity with food handling and safety protocols is a plus Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential Experience with serving, kitchen operations, or hotel services can be advantageous Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail Willingness to learn and adapt quickly within a team-oriented setting Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $17.85 per hour Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2nluak
