Description
Assist Beacon Community Services as an Administrative Assistant in the Better at Home program. This part time position is focused on supporting seniors by managing records and documentation effectively.

Reporting to the Manager of Community Services, your primary responsibilities will include maintaining essential program records, updating client service notes, and managing data entry for the Better at Home initiative. Your role is vital in ensuring efficient operations, allowing seniors to remain independent in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:• Maintain and enter program data for evaluations • Update records and service notes for clients • Contact clients on the waitlist for relevant information • Manage the BC Farmers' Market Nutrition Coupon Program • Keep accurate records for housekeeping staff

Requirements:• Previous administrative experience in a healthcare or community setting • Proficient with data entry and client management systems • Familiarity with older adults service environments • Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications • Excellent organizational abilities and communication skills
