Responsibilities Direct and control daily operations. Evaluate daily operations. Plan and organize daily operations. Manage staff and assign duties. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages. Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers. Oversee payroll administration.
