Our ideal candidate will have the following:High school diploma or equivalent required,degree in business administration, retail management, or a related fieldpreferred. 3 +

years of retail managementexperience; preferably in a high-volume grocery department, Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate anddevelop a team, Proficiency in inventory management, includingordering, stocking, and merchandising, Experience planning, budgeting and workingwith operating statements,Exceptional interpersonal and communicationskills, Knowledge of industry and business trends, Demonstrated ability to effectively managemultiple demands, A commitment to quality and an eye for detail, Strong computer skills, Excel, Wordand other related sales tracking software required.
