Metro Warehouse Associate Position, Central Saanich

Become a vital part of Metro as a Warehouse Associate working Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. This role involves efficient loading and unloading while following safety protocols.

As a member of the warehouse team, you will engage in product handling, inventory checks, and order modifications to align with customer needs. You will utilize proper equipment while adhering to Occupational Health and Safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized environment throughout your shift.

Key Responsibilities:• Efficiently load and unload all shipments • Move products to storage areas using a pallet jack • Modify orders to meet specific requirements • Count and check shipments against the manifest • Manage waste disposal and cleanup tasks

Requirements:• One year of warehouse experience required • High School Diploma or equivalent • Forklift operation experience preferred • Strong focus on safety standards • Ability to communicate effectively
