Permanent Position– Full-time – Day Shift – Saint-Rémi | Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. or 8 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. (your choice)

Job Title Welder‑Mechanic
Responsibilities
Repair, maintain, modify, and design concrete molds based on precise plans.
Perform MIG steel, oxy‑fuel, and/or arc‑air welding.
Read and interpret technical plans.
Work with mechanical and hydraulic components.
Operate a bridge rolling to handle loads (training provided).
Actively participate in preventive maintenance of equipment.
Occasionally work in more restricted areas.
Qualifications
DEP or AEC in welding required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in welding.
Good physical condition and dedication to a job well done.
Attentiveness, autonomy, and team spirit.
Knowledge of blueprint reading, mechanics, and hydraulics.
Compensation&Benefits
Competitive salary: between $29.19 and $35.54 h based on experience.
Stable position, full‑time and permanent (40 hours/week).
Full equipment provided.
Overtime paid at a premium rate.
Bonuses under certain conditions.
