Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and effective Serveur(euse) to join our energetic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized service area. Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred, along with strong communication and time management skills. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their dining experience. Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining presentation standards Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards Assist in food preparation or kitchen tasks as needed to support overall restaurant operations Manage guest inquiries promptly, ensuring a positive experience through excellent guest services Practice proper food handling techniques to uphold health regulations and safety standards Demonstrate effective time management to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant workplace is highly desirable Knowledge of POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is preferred Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction Ability to handle food safely, including sanitation and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cashiering, billing, and upselling products Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude Food industry or serving experience is an asset but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate Type d'emploi : Temps partiel Rémunération : 13,30$ par heure Avantages : Nourriture à Prix Réduit ou Gratuite Stationnement sur place Tenue Décontractée Lieu du poste : En présentiel Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2ojx0k
