Crankshaft Process Engineer - Project-Based, Sainte-Catherine

Key Responsibilities:• Lead machine run-offs focusing on quality and capability • Execute validations and pre-production builds effectively • Support installation and debugging of rotating equipment • Optimize feeds, speeds, and cycle times for machining • Troubleshoot vibration, tool wear, and finish issues

Requirements:• Engineering degree or equivalent required • 3-5+ years of machining experience • Familiarity with crankshaft manufacturing processes • Strong troubleshooting and process validation skills • Ability to travel between the US and Canada
