We are looking for an experienced SAP QM Specialist / Digital Business Analyst to join our Information Management team supporting Quality domain operations in the aerospace sector. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring SAP Quality Management solutions are properly designed, deployed, and sustained across North America.Key Responsibilities
Act as Quality Specialist within the IM Domain with strong SAP QM expertise. Implement products and services in the North America region in alignment with global standards. Ensure policies, standards, and governance guidelines are strictly applied within your perimeter. Validate that technical and functional processes are followed during tool solution testing. Secure strategic vision alignment between the IM function and the business. Partner with other IM Domains, product owners, and service lines to ensure proper design and implementation of SAP business solutions. Ensure projects deliver appropriate business value— savings, efficiency, and growth. Deploy and support SAP solutions to fulfill local business needs within assigned scope. Liaise with business and IM teams to contribute to solution design, development, deployment, and support. Collaborate with global IM Operations counterparts to develop and improve standards. Participate in Design phases and help define or refine business requirements related to the Quality domain. Analyze, review, and clarify ambiguities in Business Requirement Documents (BRDs). Serve as the Requirements point of contact between the business team and the project team. Review design documentation to ensure alignment with the proposed solution. Participate in Daily Standups, Project Grooming sessions, and Quality Gates. Prepare and execute Solution Functional Integration Tests. Prepare all deployment documentation and ensure Business Key-User knowledge transfer and support. Own Continuous Release Management responsibilities. Foster innovation within IM service lines and maintain a pipeline of features to feed roadmap evolution. Ensure compliance with IM Operations standards, security standards, and evolving cybersecurity requirements.What You Bring
Proven experience with SAP QM (Quality Management) module. Background in business analysis within an aerospace or manufacturing environment. Strong ability to translate business needs into functional requirements. Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks (standups, grooming, sprint planning). Familiarity with IM governance frameworks and solution deployment processes. Excellent communication skills— able to engage stakeholders at all levels. Bilingual English/French is an asset given the North America / Europe collaboration context.
