Job Title Civil Excavation and Infrastructure Estimator
Role and Responsibilities Research potential opportunities.
Analyze plans and specifications.
Market knowledge considered an asset.
Perform quantity take-offs and estimate labor costs.
Assess bid feasibility based on available technical resources.
Ensure validation of quantities to be installed.
Participate in bid closings.
Qualifications and Specific Skills Experience
Any field or office experience related to civil estimation.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the field.
Strongly valued: on-site experience and practical knowledge.
Proficiency with TPL, Bluebeam, or similar systems.
Experience with tendering platforms.
Knowledge Profile
Private and public markets.
Public infrastructure, special projects, complex works, and civil structures.
Required Skills and Abilities
Ability to manage priorities effectively.
Strong organizational skills.
Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Team player with collaborative mindset.
Versatility and adaptability.
