YOUR ROLE WILL BE TO Start, operate, and monitor machinery according to procedures. Perform regular quality checks. Follow health and safety standards. Carry out basic machine maintenance. Report any issues or non-conformities to the supervisor. Maintain clear communication with the team.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A MACHINE OPERATOR WHO Has experience in metal recycling (an asset). Can operate a forklift. Can follow procedures carefully and safely. Works well in a team environment. Show initiative, reliability, and autonomy. Wants to grow with the company long-term.
WHAT WE OFFER Permanent full-time position. Monday to Thursday from 6:00 AM to 4:15 PM (3-day weekends every week!). Salary of $23/hour paid weekly. Paid training. Group insurance including vision and dental care. Telemedicine service with 24/7 access to doctors and prescriptions. Group RRSP with employer contribution up to 3%.Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Referral program. Free coffee for the coffee lover in you!
