Key Responsibilities:• Utilize the AEO Selling Model to engage each guest • Share product knowledge and make tailored suggestions • Promote the AEO loyalty program to guests • Flexibly support Salesfloor, Cash&Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom• Solve guest issues while adhering to company policy

Requirements:• Must love interacting with people • Energetic and able to multitask in a dynamic setting • Retail experience preferred • Available evenings, weekends, and holidays • Minimum age of 16 years
