In this strategic role, you will serve as the key advisor to clients using Christie Innomed's healthcare IT solutions. Your focus will be on enhancing customer engagement through effective onboarding and continuous support. Monitor account health, identify growth opportunities, and represent customer interests to improve product offerings. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary contact for assigned Healthcare IT clients - Facilitate strategic engagements for performance evaluation - Drive onboarding processes for technology adoption - Monitor customer satisfaction and engagement metrics - Identify upsell opportunities in collaboration with sales Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, IT, or related fields - Minimum 5 years in customer success management in healthcare IT - Familiarity with RIS, PACS, and cloud strategies preferred - Knowledge of Canadian healthcare systems and processes - Excellent communication skills; bilingualism is a plus Leverage your healthcare IT expertise to support client success and drive product adoption at Christie Innomed.
