We are currently hiring Aircraft Structure / Interior Mechanics to join our team in Dorval, Quebec, supporting Bombardier and its suppliers.Key Responsibilities

Aerostructure&Composite Work Repair composite and metal aircraft structures according to specifications Remove and reinstall parts using appropriate tools Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and specifications Inspect and assess damaged structures Measure and mark dimensions using templates and toolsClean, strip, prime, and sand surfaces Perform repairs using fabrication equipment Wet&dry install/remove fasteners, rivets, and other permanent fasteners Perform drilling on composite, aluminum, and titanium Carry out composite repairs Apply adhesives and sealants Implement engineering modifications Bond and ground Measurement and rigging of adjustable parts Precision drilling, reaming, match-drilling&back drilling Interior&Mechanical Work Perform mechanical and cosmetic rework Work on galleys, lavatories, bins, seating, etc. Read drawings and non-conformity reports Document rework (digital and hard copy) Use basic Microsoft Office tools Work Conditions

Availability for various shifts, including evenings and weekends Willingness to travel Overtime as required Qualifications&Skills

Minimum 1 year aircraft structure/interior experience or equivalent training Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to read technical documentation Strong communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team Reliable and safety-focused Valid driver’s licenseBilingual (French/English) is required Legally authorized to work in Canada Why Join Team VARTAN?
