Key Responsibilities:• Answer phone inquiries and provide service information • Schedule and confirm client appointments with efficiency • Greet clients and process payments accurately • Prepare client files and maintain organized records • Fax authorization requests and daily reports as required
Requirements:• Strong computer skills and customer service orientation • Experience in customer service is a plus • Secretarial diploma considered an asset • Fluent in French; English proficiency is beneficial • Previous healthcare experience is an asset
