Overview This is a flexible, part‑time driver position at FedEx Canada. The role involves ensuring timely delivery of packages to predetermined customers on specific routes, reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading and unloading the vehicle, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Ensure timely delivery of packages to predetermined customers on specific routes.
Review orders prior to delivery.
Load and unload the vehicle.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
Work flexible shifts; hours and days will be determined based on business requirements.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
High school diploma or educational equivalent.
Valid full G license / Class 5 driver’s license.
Minimum 3 months required to learn or adapt to the job.
Ability to lift 70 lbs.
Must achieve minimum threshold on mandatory pre‑placement driver assessment training.
Must successfully complete all basic and re‑currence training.
Some knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations is an asset.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Good time‑management and organizational skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to multitask, handle stress, and work in a highly pressured environment.
In the province of Quebec, must be bilingual (French and English).
One year customer‑oriented business experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Additional experience in a customer‑service role.
Knowledge of delivery logistics or transportation operations.
Pay Hourly rate: $21.09. Part‑time position with flexible shift scheduling.
