About the Role

Safran Landing Systems, a subsidiary of Safran, is a global leader in landing and braking systems for aircraft. The Mirabel plant manufactures major components for Airbus A320, A330, A350, and Boeing 787 landing gear using state‑of‑the‑art machining, polishing, heat treatment, shot peening and surface treatments.Responsibilities

Verify, prepare and assemble parts. Carve machining operations according to the machining range. Resolve technical problems or provide solutions to method technicians and CNC programmers. Inspect the part to ensure compliance with specifications and take necessary corrective actions. Organize work and prioritize tasks based on part processing priorities.Consult technical computer documents such as work drawings, operation sheets, procedures, and complete the appropriate quality assurance documentation. Ensure tools, jigs and equipment are in good condition. Inform technicians of operating conditions and suggest improvements. Assist technicians with improvement projects and development.Contribute to continuous improvement of operations and achieve team objectives in terms of safety, quality, cost and on‑time deliveries. Qualifications

DEC and DEP in machining techniques. ASP in machining on CNC machine tools is an asset. Minimum of one year of experience on CNC machine tools. Basic computer knowledge. Attention to detail and rigor. Analytical mindset. Initiative. Autonomy. Organizational skills and priority management. Results‑oriented.Shift&Working Hours

Evening shift from Monday to Thursday from 2:20 PM to 12:20 AM. Depending on collective agreement rules, the position may change to evening, night or weekend shifts. Benefits

Starting salary between $30.13 and $43.60 per hour, increasing up to $47.32 with training and skill progression. $1.30 per hour bonus. Annual profit‑sharing program (max $3,500).
