Customer-Focused Pharmacy Technical Assistant, Région d'Oka (Oka)

Become the first point of contact for customers as an Advanced Pharmacy Technical Assistant at Jean Coutu. You'll prepare prescriptions while understanding customer needs in a welcoming environment.

In this role, you'll act as the face of the pharmacy while identifying customer requirements and preparing prescriptions effectively. You will manage specialized tasks, including dispill and robot management, while serving as a reference and mentor to pharmacy assistants in the team.

Requirements:• Diploma as a Pharmacy Technical Assistant or certification • Natural curiosity and desire to learn • Strong responsibility and team player skills • Friendly and empathetic approach to customer service • Willingness to work 35 hours or more weekly
