IT Project Management Senior Manager, Région d'Oka (Oka)

Lead the Canadian IT Project Management Office at L3Harris as a Senior Manager. Drive strategic initiatives and oversee complex project deliveries across multiple teams in Mirabel, QC, or Waterdown, ON.

In this key leadership role, you will define and execute the PMO strategy while managing resources across three business divisions in Hamilton, Montreal, and Mirabel. Your expertise in IT project management will guide successful delivery of infrastructure and enterprise technology initiatives, while championing PMI methodologies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:• Develop and execute the Canadian IT PMO strategy • Manage PMO resources in diverse business locations • Oversee medium to large-scale IT project deliveries • Champion PMI and PMP methodologies consistently • Ensure effective governance and reporting on project performance

Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, MBA preferred • PMI/PMP certification required • Proven PMO leadership experience in IT • Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies • Excellent stakeholder management skills
