Collect performance data from various sources and ensure its quality, consistency, and accuracy. Design, develop, and maintain databases, dashboards, and performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly). Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress against company objectives.Analyze performance using statistical tools (Skywise, Power BI, Python) to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes of performance issues. Prepare and present clear reports and data visualizations to stakeholders, providing data-driven recommendations for process improvement. Collaborate with different departments (Operations, Quality, Finance, HR) to optimize performance and contribute to strategic planning and improvement initiatives.Participate in the development of forecasting models, scenario analysis, and documentation of data processes. Your Profile

You have relevant experience in data analysis, performance measurement, or a similar role. You are proficient in data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Skywise, Python, or R. You have knowledge of data warehouses, cloud analytics, or performance management platforms. You possess strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in root cause analysis.You are able to communicate complex findings clearly and concisely to different audiences. You can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. You have experience defining KPIs and building measurement frameworks. About AAA Canada
