Primary mission Ensure end-to-end project management to meet objectives in terms of timelines, scope, costs and quality, while guaranteeing client satisfaction and compliance with internal and external rules and regulations. Main responsibilities
Drive projects end-to-end using a structured approach Ensure achievement of objectives: costs, timelines, quality and scope Establish and monitor relevant project KPIs Prepare and track revenues (weekly and monthly) Ensure rigorous monitoring of costs and budgets Tools&organization
Design and develop management tools (spreadsheets, dashboards, etc.) that are easily transferable Ensure the use of standardized solutions for a team of approximately 15 project managers Use or adapt planning tools (e.g. Planisware or equivalent) Risk and opportunity management
Identify, map and monitor risks and opportunities Put in place appropriate action plans Ensure proactive management of project issues Coordination&collaboration
Define, structure and lead project teams (matrix organization) Collaborate with internal teams (maintenance, facilities, plant project management) Ensure effective management of internal/external partners and suppliers Continuous improvement
Ensure integration of lessons learned Contribute to improving practices and the project environment Participate in achieving short/medium‑term organizational targets Job context
Dynamic environment with growing autonomy of teams. Less operational support than before (role is more structuring than purely operational). Projects related to maintenance with an investment component. Profile: Technical skills
Strong experience in project management (PMP not required) Good command of IT tools (advanced Excel, pivot tables) Knowledge of planning tools (Planisware or equivalent— an asset) Experience in cost management and financial tracking Mastery of KPIs and performance indicators Education
University degree in project management or related field or significant equivalent experience Experience
Experience in project management within a technical or industrial environment Experience in the aerospace sector: an asset Experience in building/infrastructure project management: a plus Personal qualities
Versatility and autonomy Analytical and structured mindset Ability to work in a matrix environment Strong adaptability and communication skills Results oriented, achieving project objectives (timelines, scope, costs, quality) to the client's satisfaction, in compliance with internal and external rules and regulations.
