Position Overview
Location: Mirabel (QC). Company: AAA Canada (on assignment for a major aerospace company). Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, and inbox; track required actions. Follow up on activities, files, and requests related to teams. Organize meetings, business travel, and prepare appointments. Maintain confidential files and update financial documents, including expenses and internal records.Produce documents, presentations, reports and charts using office software. Recommend and create process improvements and internal tools. Follow up on IT access requests and incidents. Support the management team on various projects, coordinate events and manage stationery and purchase orders. Qualifications
College diploma in office management or equivalent. More than 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong knowledge of computer applications, word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software. Bilingual in English and French, spoken and written.Autonomous, proactive, solution‑oriented and willing to engage with a production/operations team and its contributors. Enjoy supporting employees from different areas and following up with them. Comfortable in a unionized environment and supporting multiple hierarchical levels. EEO Statement
